Church Representation
According to the constitution of the association, Article 3, Section C, Sub Sec. 1 - Churches with a resident membership of three hundred (300), or less, shall be entitled to five messengers. Sub. Sec. 2 - Churches with a resident membership of more than three hundred (300), members shall be entitled to one (1) additional messenger for each additional one hundred (100) resident members or major fraction therof. Sub. Sec 3 - No church shall have more than fifteen (15) messengers.
Seating of the Messengers
According to the constitution of the association, Article 3, Section D, Sub. Sec 1 - Messengers from the churches shall be seated upon certification by the clerk of their election by their respective churches.
NOTICE: All messengers below are to be approved according to the guidelines of the constitution and vote of your church congregation. Additionally, certification of your messengers will be ratified by the registrar, which is filed by the Clerk, having been duly elected by the messengers of the association at the previous annual meeting.
